I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
Questions were neither too easy, not too difficult. Was asked a design question over the phone when doing a phone interview. Provided the solution, was later asked to submit the working code for it, which I did. Later was asked for on-site interview. Met with 4 people, 2 at a time. Each pair of engineers interviewed me for an hour. Expect to be asked to solve string manipulation problems. I guess that's what they do a lot at work there... or maybe not.

Interview
Pathetic Candidate experience and recruitment team and has no idea on what talent they really want, and do not honor candidates' time.
I had my interviews scheduled without preference. Candidate experience unreachable over phone, and barely responds to email.
Recruiter goes back and forth on the title. Believe this is India specific,vs other regions
