Four step process - Initial Phone Screen, Phone Interview, In-Person team interviews, 1:1 with hiring manager. There were a couple aspects I liked; one being an in-person presentation to a group. I have done this before and find it much more valuable for both the prospective employee and the hiring team than the stupid standard personality or emotional IQ tests, which in all honesty provide absolutely no real world relevance. The overall process was something in the neighborhood of 2 months long which is fairly standard in the industry. Competition for the position was pretty stiff, and I would encourage anyone interested in interviewing to do their homework on the company and the product. Utilize your initial interview time to make sure the position and team is the right fit; if it is, then knock it out of the park.
