Documo interview questions

1 round phone interview with the recruiter, then 1 round with the hiring manager (video call), then 1 round with two other employees (video call; culture check), then 1 final round with the (at the time) CEO & founder (video call). 4 rounds total. The whole process moved rather quickly with an offer within a couple of weeks.

Progressive interviews (remote) with the talent, revenue and executive leadership teams. Solid, interactive discussions with discovery on company culture and goals, in addition to my background and skills. All of the conversations were two-way, with sufficient opportunity to understand the reason for this new position and clarity on responsibilities and expectations.
