A few steps but an initial screen, a test and then a two hour debriefing. These guys are fraudsters. Their test is an actual project they want done so they get a whole bunch of people to comment on it, then just use their results and not hire you. They will ghost you like they did to many other people. Don't waste your time and give them free work without compensation.
