Interview
a short discussion with the recruiter for the Software Engineer role. The conversation included a few technical questions that were somewhat open-ended and could have different valid approaches or answers. Overall, it was a brief initial screening experience.

Question 1
A question about handling dependencies between two microservices and ensuring fault tolerance when one service becomes unavailable.
Easy process. Three interviews total. Very quick feedback. Recruiting team very efficient and nice. Some interviews were remote and some at their headquarter offices in Paris (which are very nice by the way).

Interview
Although I didn’t pass the first round (HR call), the recruiter was kind enough to offer a follow-up call to provide a detailed explanation. I truly appreciated that gesture.
Unfortunately, I wasn’t well-prepared since I didn’t expect a technical test at this stage, very few HR-related questions were asked.
