Now I’ve worked in HR and I’ve interviewed and done phone interviews before. But I’ve never had a rejection email on rescheduling a phone interview on a Friday afternoon for a Monday morning. There were tons of grammatic errors in the email which I know was a template, but the added explanation of thought of what my high priorities should be was uncalled for.
I was not satisfied with this response at all. And I told them that. Just be ready with this small startup.
