1. Initial interview with people lead - this was a general vibe check with some technical questions, but nothing too detailed
2. Interview with line manager - slightly more technical interview, getting into the detail of the JD and asking more specific questions
3. Final stage interview with CEO and line manager - asked to prepare a task and then present the task in person, along with a 30 min interview which was led by the CEO. Got asked a lot of detailed questions.
Note on outcome of interview process:
Was not offered the role. Received a generic email letting me know I had been unsuccessful. The email was clearly a template that had been amended with my name, and within the email it said that Dock & Bay would not be able to provide feedback. I would not expect this for a final stage interview. Pretty demoralising when you put a lot of effort and preparation into each stage. Dock & Bay should reconsider how they handle rejecting candidates at final stages - I would expect more from a small company that prides itself on positive culture, and I was more disappointed in their approach than the actual outcome itself.
