From the outset, it was obvious this was a disorganised start-up. There was an initial screening call where it was explained they wanted to move fast on the role. We were both happy to move me to the next round of interviews immediately. Completed the second stage interview and was then ghosted with no follow-up or responses to email.
The hiring managers were very new to their role and obviously lacked hiring experience. Questions were very much pulled from "interviews for beginners" and were less about understanding if the candidate was a good fit, and more about assessing how much work I was willing to do and how fast I could start.
