I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DocPlanner (Barcelona) in Dec 2017
Interview
First meeting with CTO.
Technical test, simple SPA communicating with external API. You have up to 2 weeks to implement it. In general the task is very and very easy, it is just time consuming. It is more about team fit, how you write the code, unit tests etc.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
About previous experience. Nothing technical at all.
What they need just check how you write the code, very smart approach.
Me preguntaron sobre situaciones en las que habĂa cometido errores y cĂłmo los habĂa gestionado, asĂ como ejemplos de ocasiones en las que habĂa propuesto o promovido nuevas funcionalidades o mejoras dentro de la empresa.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DocPlanner in Mar 2023
Interview
Interview took a while so if someone is in a hurry, they may not like it but for me it was a good pace (you can also ask to speed things up during every call). Interesting part was getting to know the team you'll be working with.

Question 1
One of the interesting questions I got from a team member was to describe my biggest mishap from my career.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DocPlanner
Interview
You are contacted by an internal recruiter, who will follow you through the entire hiring process and will be available for any doubt.
Depending on which working position you are being hired for, you may have two or more other interviews with company employees and finally you may get a hiring proposal.
What I can say is that it has been one of the best hiring processes I've ever had.
Everybody treats you as a peer and whenever they see you in trouble, they do their best to make you comfortable.

Question 1
You can expect a 3-hours "work with us", where you are in a "production-like" software and they ask you what you'll do to enhance it.
