Interview
This is more of a sales position. For the second interview they had me in a Walmart while they tried to sell xfinity. Essentially you then can move up in the company with the more sales you have and people you recruit. If I recall correctly the position was actually commission only even though a salary range was listed on the job posting.

Question 1
There were a series of puzzle and math questions on the second interview.
10 minute interview with the CEO, over 1 hour wait from the scheduled time. In the email they sent me to schedule the interview they mentioned that they would show us around the office and introduce us to current employees, which did not happen. The same person was conducting interviews for multiple companies, so very confusing process.

Interview
It is very relaxed and I thought it was fine. The interviewer made me feel very comfortable. It was a good experience. I thought the company would either be a scam or something but he explained that they go through a year long training process and that they work with companies like Apple and Xfinity (although I have not seen sources so I cannot confirm if this is really true)
