Hectic, that's the word I would use to describe the interview process.
There's was no organization at all, highly unprofessional and disjointed. I got through around 5 interviews of 7. It was like having a 1-on-1 with the whole company. This included a panel probing an extremely simple kind of IT questions.
In total I had 3 separate interviews with HR, 1 with a hiring manager, 1 with a panel of random non technical employees (this is were i stopped). It also became progressively clear throughout this process that they were looking for an IT Manager but wanted to pay the price of Sysadmin.
