Interviewed for the TAM (Technical Account Manager) role and went through 3 rounds of interviews over 4 weeks. Process was thorough and the interviewers were professional, but after completing all 3 rounds, HR informed me the role had been closed — with no real explanation given for the decision at such a late stage. Being told this after investing significant time across multiple rounds, with no clear justification, was disappointing and reflects poorly on internal hiring coordination. Candidates deserve transparency, especially after reaching the final stage.
