Interview
Four rounds of interviews over 2 months time, and then I was completely ghosted. No respect for their candidates or their time. I would not recommend anyone to waste their time with this company.
Met with 3 different people- recruiter for the initial screen then a peer and finally the direct manager over 3 separate interviews. Mix of in person and Ring Central formats.
