Interview
Very brief question and answer session, that is followed by a ton of paperwork. There is a required drug screen. There is also a health physical, breathing test and hearing test.
Everything was good and polite, I understood almost everything despite my poor language skills. I passed the interview safely, and waited for a response for about a week. . . . . . . . . . .

There was no process. Got a call and was asked when i could start. Once at the shop just sat around and took online testing for a few days before beginning any sort of field training
