I had an interview for a customer service representative position , but I would not recommend anyone apply for this company. The recruiter was very rude and unprofessional . The interview is the Microsoft Teams with the camera on . The moment it started there were complications with the camera for the Microsoft Teams App. The rep I was speaking with advised me to exit out and then go back in. I got back in for the interview which only took 1 to 2 minutes to do but when I got back only being on that interview for up to six minutes , I was told that I would have to reschedule. While trying to speak to the recruiter about other options for the interview, she would talk over me and cut me off every time I tried to speak . I ended the call since the rep was being rude and would not let me speak.

Interview process was quite seamless and smooth. It was quite up to the point and all the relevant topics were discussed. It was a 3 round process; first one was with the recruiter for initial pre-screening followed by interview with client partner and final with HR
