I’m currently in the interview process for the Front Office Manager role. So far, the experience has been professional, organized, and communicative. The team has been responsive throughout each stage, and I’ve appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the company and role.

Question 1
How do you handle difficult clients or high-pressure situations while maintaining professionalism and resolving issues effectively?
1st round was just asking basic qualifying questions like if I'm allowed to work in the US and why I wanted to work there. Second interview was a technical interview where I was asked more about my skills and abilities.
Started with a simple phone screen and waiting to do a second interview with the manager. Phone screen was very nice, and asked very general questions about what salary Im expecting and if Im willing to commute there.
