The process begins with a short personality assessment. Pretty straightforward. Then there was an interview with the recruiter, manager, and team supervisor + a 1-hour test. The test was 3 sections (2 15min, 1 30min). This test was basically all about logic and trying to solve problems. Pretty straightforward. The 30-minute test was a math test like what you'd see on the ACT. In my opinion, it was a waste of my time to do and is a very very outdated way of assessing a candidate. Then if you pass that you move on to an interview with the VP of HR and VP of team. Standard interview. Then if you pass that you move on to another interview with the VP and Manager. All of these interviews lasted about an hour each. No one interview was difficult. Pretty standard. They mostly asked questions at random and not your typical interview type of questions.
