I interviewed at Distil Networks (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2019
Interview
Phone Screen, Manager Phone Interview, VP Phone Interview, On-Site Interview for 6 hours spanning from (prospective) managers, various C level people, and (prospective) team. Overall long process but very fun. In depth interview about processes and duties about the role. Behavioral part was in depth to ensure you get along with the team.

Interview
The process has a HR round and then a screening round. In between the recruiter sent out an assignment to do.
The process is extremely negative given the fact that we scheduled a screening round and nobody showed up online to go through the solution.
I then inquired about whether we are still having an interview to which the recruiter called me and said oops I forgot to tell you that we are not moving forward.
First of all, please have the courtesy and tell me that you are not moving forward.
Secondly, I was able to solve the problem given the question. What else were you looking for?
The experience is just overall negative as corroborated by other reviews and I would encourage others not to apply here.
