Thanks for your feedback. We believe our process ensures both Displayr and the candidate(s) get all the information they need to make an informed hiring decision. This is supported by our low staff turnover and recently being accredited as a ‘Great Place to Work’ and ranking 6th place across small businesses in both Australia and NZ. Our aim, as an employer, is to try and always hire the right person for the opportunity and set them up for success, and this can only be assessed via a thorough interview process. It would be good to understand what cultural concerns caused you to withdraw. Also, it does sadden us that you didn't ask these questions in the initial interview, it may have saved you some time in the longer run.
