There was an initial phone call screening interview with a recruiter, then interview over Zoom with a member of management. The interview questions asked were fairly standard for a customer-service or patient facing role.

Consisted of a 10-minute interview over the phone. It did not consist of a panel, and when I asked for an org chart, I was told to look online. I also asked for an in-person meeting or tour of the facility, which was eventually granted in my second interview.
