Interview process was a little bit lengthy and time consuming there is multiple steps involved in actually getting hired and they do an extensive background check and verify all of your employment history.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
