I applied online through my university. I had an interview on campus. We went over my resume then did a case study and then there was time for questions. Heard back 2 days later.
Applied through university, interviewed on campus, contacted a few weeks later for interview at HQ, dinner the night before, they put us up in a hotel, three personal interviews (behavioral, leadership, problem solving), group interview, group case presentation, very nice people and welcoming environment, no follow up email to say if you didn't get the position

I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Discover (Bloomington, IN) in Sept 2015
Interview
I attended a career fair, and they had a booth set up. I waited a little while before talking with one of their representatives. I later sent in my application (both through their website and my school's own system), and was granted a behavioral interview. It went pretty well- standard questions about my resume, experiences, how I might fit the company, etc. I heard back from them a few days later.
