I submitted several applications and did not hear back in a timely manner (weeks at a time). When I finally did here back it was a stale response letting me know they decided to pursue other candidates.

When you first apply you are sent an assessment to complete. After that you’ll receive an email for a phone interview. If you pass that you’ll have a second interview with the hiring manager. After that, you’ll receive your offer.
