Came in on the same day of being called to schedule an interview and they were very flexible with other interview times. After being interviewed there was no call back to let me know that I did not get the position.

Easy, understand the position. Met the manager and some of the employees. Talked about my goals, available hours, and past experience. The manager was easy to talk to and let me ask him questions also.

You’ll get a call about 1-2 weeks after you apply to set up an interview date. You’ll go in and talk to the store manager and they’ll ask you the typical interview questions (why did you choose discount tire, what make you qualified, etc) in my case I got hired in the spot but if not I’m sure they’ll tell you they’ll make their decision at a later date and you can be given a shot or not.

Very informative and was great with its brief interviewing process. I connected well with the manager and pay, benefits, etc. were presented up front. I would recommend this job for anyone wanting to break into the automotive industry.
