I had 1 phone interview with the recruiter, then 1 phone interview with director of Customer Experience a week later, followed immediately with a take home test which they gave me about a week to submit, which would have led to a zoom or in-person interview with the team. I did not make it to the last set of interviews. However, everyone I interacted with in the process was extremely friendly, down-to-earth approachable; they represented the internal culture at Discord as wonderful place to be. Given the impression they provided, I would still love a chance to be part of the Discord team if there was a more appropriate position for me.
