The interview process was pretty simple and not intense. If you are a licensed agent with good communication skills the interview should be a breeze. The questions in my interview were pretty straightforward and based on my skills and abilities to handle high volume calls.

I had originally applied for a Sr Product Manager position, and about 5 weeks after a phone screen I received a form rejection. About 5 months later I received an email from the recruiter I screened with inviting me to apply for a new PM role that was a fit. I did so, and 6 weeks afterwards I received almost the exact same form rejection.
They obviously treat candidates like dirt, which means they probably treat their employees even worse.

So I interviewed with Stacey. She was awesome throughout the process. She kept me up to date on the process. And after I was hired continued to help me get adjusted to my new job.
