It was short and to the point. The interview lasted for about 35 minutes. The interview process took couple of weeks. And more couple of weeks to get the offer letter. Overall experience was really good.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Direct Flow Medical in Jan 2014
Interview
This interview perspective is from the company interviewer. Direct Flow Medical is not organized when they interview candidates. Most times they are running to interviews, or are late to interviews. They are not prepared because they are not trained to interview. They will under cut salaries, so make sure before you show up to make sure you both are in the salary range acceptable to both of you.

Question 1
The questions asked were not thought through. The interviewers are not trained to interview candidates. There is no formal team assembled to organize the interview process. They will interview with multiple people from the same functional group.

Interview
They had a series of people come in and answer questions. Really, it was pretty much the most basic interview process that you can expect. Mine went from 8 am to 4 pm (if i remember right) which was pretty grueling, but it was positive.
