Direct Commerce interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter. I went in for about an hour in early December for a hour or two to talk to the hiring manager and his boss. Was moved to next round which happened in early Jan (no prob, the holidays were a blocker). Did a 5 or so hour round with different job roles. After leaving me twisting in the wind for 3 ish weeks after the 2 in persons, they kept saying I was in the running but it was taking time. I got an offer from another company. I told this to the HR person (which she asked me to do) who relayed it to the hiring manager. After a conversation with the manager where I was told they'd make me an offer, I got a terse email from him saying he didn't think I REALLY wanted to work there.
