really enjoyable experience - didn't feel like an interview, at all - very relaxed and informative, mixture off strength based questions and competence. what was impressive was the senior partner took 90 mins and explained their business plan, succession, talent , career development opportunities and commission structures - really impressed and look forward to the outcome and if i have ben successful
