Met with three different managers - two store managers and a regional. They asked about past work experiences and wanted to get a feel for my personality. This location tends to get really busy so they wanted to see if I was able to work under-pressure in a high-paced environment.

Conducted quick brief 30 minute online interview, then called in for a short in-person interview with basic questions such as availability and experience. Followed by a 1 - 2 hour trial shift. Was not busy when I undertook the trial shift.
1 online video submission and 1 in person interview: asks basic interview questions (why you want to work there, weaknesses, strengths, tell me about a time when you worked on a team, etc)
was ok. asked generic questions about working in the service industry. good job for young people and making friends. can be clicky. takes time to get in with the crew
