I walked in, they showed me around, asked me if I could start immediately because they were desperate. Not even a sewing test, no formal training. They didn't mention the toxic chemicals in the air or the lack of AC in the summer. They had a staff of temps that couldn't thread a machine without breaking it.

Staffing Co said the manager was nice. I went down immediately for an interview and seeing test. Nice place. The manager was nice, but came to find out it’s a complete act. Interviewed, tested, was told they didn’t have work immediately but she’d be in touch. She called a few days later but I had already taken another temp job. When that job was done, the staff lady called again and I started working at DD.
