I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Dillard's (Palmdale, CA) in Oct 2024
Interview
Securing an interview was a straightforward process, as I attended a job fair that included on-site interviews.
The interviewer was really nice; she introduced herself as a manager. During the interview, she reviewed my resume and asked why I wanted to work there. She also inquired if I was familiar with Dillard's and asked some basic questions about the company.
The interview had to end early due to scheduling conflicts with the start date.
I did an application online got a call from a manager a couple days later. Went in for an interview. Met with two people the same day. A couple days later I got an email with an offer.

How do you feel that you would benefit this company?
The store manager was kind and understanding. The interview was quick and easy. He was very willing to give opportunities even with little to no experience with opportunities to earn commissions and learn from others.

Interview
This was a four step interview process held with four different ppl. Very easy & straight to the point. Description of job was explained very well. The interview process was unusual than most interviews, but it not difficult at all.
