PLEASE READ AND DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE.
I cannot emphasize enough, how horrible the management of this store in Denton is... I read 100 reviews and thought: well, maybe it's not going to be as bad as they say. I was dreaming I think...
I had visited the store in March 2010 to apply, had 2 interviews the same day and the manager told me they would love to see me back in May when I move to Denton to live. I quit my job, moved to Denton, visited Dillard's, they told me I will need to be in training class, they would love to have me there, but the training class is postponed... I kept coming back for the next 3 months, and training class kept being postponed, until I had another interview, and suddenly next week the class was full, and there was no place for me somehow, even though I called in every week during those 3 months. All that time they were telling me how much they wanted me to work there. That was very wrong move from management point of view, obviously they don't know how to treat people and care less.
I would like to say many more comments, but I think this is enough. This shows exactly what they care about, and it doesn't include humans.
