I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dillard's (Reno, NV) in Nov 2014
Interview
I went in and asked if they were hiring and they had me apply in person and after I applied the store secretary printed my application and then I talked to an area sales manager. The first interview is basically and introduction and it's pretty easy to get passed. The next interview is with the assistant store manager. This one was a few days after the first and was quite a bit longer and much more involved. I'd say all in all this second interview lasted about 45 minutes. She said they would call me to set up an interview with the store manager but after about a week of not hearing anything I called and talked to her again and she hired me on as customer service instead of sales like I applied for. I never had the interview with the store manager.
