HR is very unprofessional and any class 5/6 student can bit his salary calculation knowledge.He doesn't know how to calculate percentage from the current CTC & expected CTC.
HR is the cover page of a company for a new candidate, if he can't prove his ability or accuracy then how can the candidate expect anything from the company.

The hiring process was a joke. I have never seen a more unprofessional approach to an interview.
I was told that a technical round will be held.
Instead the interviewer called me on the phone and asked me to connect with their system via a remote-access program. They handed me their system code and asked me to implement complicated features.
Moreover the call lasted for an hour. Instead of a proper channel such as zoom or meet, I was on a conventional call while trying to code. In the end, they expected me to beautify their app.
Do you seriously expect a candidate to complete your work in the name of an interview? None of this was even intimated before the start of the round. Of course, at the end, they deemed it appropriate to ghost candidates instead of sending a rejection email.
