Lots of great people and questions. Very impressed with the timeliness and thoughtful questions. Multiple rounds of interviews meeting with key leads across various levels with the organization. Overall very impressed with the people and the process they had in place.

Interview
Everyone goes through every round of the interview process before the select someone. There were 4 rounds. All of the interviews were over Teams. A couple of the calls had multiple people sitting in on the interviews.
Great process overall. HR was very organized and communicative. The interviews were conversation-based, mostly focused on previous experience and cultural fit. However there was one “test” in the final round.
