Behavioral based interview, very conversational. Opportunity to speak to what I wanted to. Interviewee-led. Felt comfortable immediately. One round, 3 interviewers. Overall, a very positive experience as long as you come prepared!

Three panel interview proceed with Director and their two direct reports. Conversational flow, was not rigid. Asked personality based questions mixed with experience. Wanted to know a lot about how past experience would translate to the role. Tell a story.
