Digitas Associate Project Manager interview questions

Beginning of the year. Phone screen with recruiter, 3 back to back 30 minute interviews in 1 day with the team. Waited over 6 weeks to hear back from a recruiter who is unresponsive and responds only when they feel like it. Basically, they told me they were waiting on financial approval and they'd get back to me. I waited 3 weeks to hear that they did not get financial approval on the job. Recruiter offered no sort of suggestion on future opportunities and has always been cold through communication. Totally unprofessional
