1 phone screen then 2 days of in person interviews primarily focused on culture fit. While I was asked about my technical skills (which they were satisfied with), they were more focused on my soft skills (I.e. communication and presentation).

The interview process was very well organised, clearly communicated and with a great flexibility on the available interview slots. The process took close to a month and included 8 interviews: a phone screen with the recruiter, a call with the hiring manager, and a round of 6 technical interviews with the team and other stakeholders. Everyone involved in the interviews was very friendly and genuinely interested in my previous experience and ideas about my future career. Most of the questions were based on situations and problem solving but without any online coding sessions.
