Digital River interview questions

Submit my application and soon scheduled a phone screening with the HR manager. About a few days later, I had an interview with Product Director. It was a very straightforward interview, First the Product Director introduced himself and the company, and asked me a few behavioral questions, my understanding of PM role, and asked a few questions about my past experiences. Last he asked me if I have any questions or anything I'd like to know more about the company. Another 2 to 3 days later, I received a phone call from the same HR manager to negotiate the package and offer.

There were 3 steps of the interview - peer, direct report, and BU head. It took about 2 weeks to complete the whole process. Each interview was about 45 minutes.
