Interview
2 phone interview. One with HR and one with Marketplace Manager within a 2 week span. I enjoyed my conversation with both.
I did not receive a follow up after multiple emails. I understand people are busy but have the decency to respond if you decided to pursue other applicants. I’m not upset that I didn’t get the position, I would prefer to hear your feedback so I can improve on my next interview.

Interview
I was contacted shortly after submitting an application on Indeed. I spoke with the HR manager, the CTO, and the VP of engineering over three separate phone calls (I did not visit the office for interviews because I was not living in SD at the time). Each call lasted about an hour. The HR manager was great at getting me excited for the position and the company, the CTO and I went over the overall goals of the development department, and the VP of engineering asked me a ton of technical questions. The timeline from me submitting my application to being offered the position was less than a week. The HR director was in constant contact with me and was always available for questions. I was very satisfied with the entire process. Each contact gave me the impression that this would be a professional and satisfying company to work for.
