Digital Media Management interview questions

Applied for the role months ago, got an email about a phone screening, did that, and next round was interview with 2 team members, did that. During the phone screening I was told the final step would be an assessment and answe on offer or not. Never got the assessment. Reached out to follow up and nothing. I got ghosted. Which sucked cause this was a company I been wanting to get into for years but, if you are going to ghost someone clearly thats not a place I want to work.

Really disorganized and incoherent interview process. Experienced lack of communication over and over again. Also their pay is really low for their roles; far lower than industry standards. The interview process made me not even want to work there.
