Interview
The process began with an online assessment focused on Python. After passing, I had a 20-minute video interview discussing my motivation, background, and interests. I was then invited to an in-person assessment day, which included a team activity, a written Python test, and a one-on-one technical interview. Everyone was welcoming and the day was well-organised, giving candidates a chance to showcase both technical and soft skills.
Long process - Initial assessment which takes a long time to complete - its like maths problems,coding questions and writing questions, 1 to 1 , then technical interview (very easy questions though)
