Standard HR interview and then interview with the hiring manager and company VP. Not many technical questions asked more look personality and body language analysis. HR person was quiet most of the time during the interview process was just observing my body language and how I reply to questions asked by the hiring manager.

Standard interview with mainly behavioral questions. I was not asked any technical questions, besides being asked to recount some of my personal projects and experience with PHP. Over all the interview was pretty laid back.
