Interview
It will be a one on one interview. Questions are very easy. Depending on who is available, either the owner or one of the supervisors will interview you. They are more concerned about your work ethics, so if they figured that you work hard you will likely be able to get in.

Do you know how to use a computer? Do you know how to solder? Are you familiar on how to use hand tools.
