The interview process was very different it was a group interview , it was very interactive , if you’re afraid of speaking to persons or infront of people this job is probably not for you . The asked a lot of unorthodox questions like “if you were to describe yourself as an animal what would you be and why?”
Three people interviewed me. The interview process was short and the questions asked were simple. I received correspondence related to the interview within the next two weeks. There was a delay between the original start date and the date I started

very thorough simple questions, two ladies interviewed me and there were about 20 questions maximum. this position was for a trinidad based company for customer care agent. overall the process was not difficult at all.
