- very unprofessional - The HR doesn't believe in having a professional email communication. Only whatsapp! No calls and emails for her. - They interview you, make you work on tedious assignments, collect your documents saying they'll roll out the offer letter and then don't believe in getting back to the candidate. Keeps you on hold for 2-3 weeks saying they'll get back in a day or 2 Everytime the candidate calls. NO the HR will not update the candidate at all. - unprofessional, laid back and highly demotivating is what I would like to call this HR and her process - rejecting candidate for an invalid reason.
