They made the company sound great. However, at the end of the interview they brought I t he rest of the team to make sure you mesh well with the rest.
The workplace should be about working specifically not making friends.

Interview
No hard questions their main concern in your ability to be efficient and get along with difficult personalities. Their is high turnover and very difficult personalities however if you do your work and remain very surface and friendly with your co- workers all should be ok.
