Didi Chuxing Operations Manager (Global Leadership Development Program) interview questions

The process comprised 4-5 rounds. The GLD prefers ex-consultants or investment bankers. The first round was a bunch of behavioural questions thrown by an automated portal and I had to record my answers. Questions included which DiDi value do you most resonate with, are you an individual contributor or a team player and how? Tell us about a time you worked with data. The subsequent round was a case study which I was given a few days to solve. Post that, I had interviews 2-3 interviews with leaders asking me about questions based on the case study, situational questions, behaviorals.
