Had a great first round with a hr person, and then a second round with the would-be my manager. Pretty painless. Some of the questions were asked in an unclear way i.e. instead of straight up asking about experience working with cross-functional teams she asked me to, "describe a time you got multiple teams together on the buy-in." She wasn't very friendly and kinda diminished the pretty comprehensive experience that I have.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Dickies (Tel Aviv)
Interview
Very good, very nice. The interview went smoothly, interviewer was really professional. Unfortunately, I was underqualified for the role. They wanted someone with international experience. They communicate promptply and orderly via e-mail No problem, would recommend. Next year, I may apply again.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dickies (Idaho Falls, ID) in Mar 2024
Interview
Typical interview process: HR, direct manager, then a few adjacent people to see if you fit. It could have been faster but I think I fell between the cracks of HR for 6 weeks without any response.
